Overall experience was great and Angel knew exactly what we wanted what we needed he was cordial he was knowledgeable I guess knowledgeable would be the outstanding and he was completely nice .. very polite and respectful of us old hippies we will be back ..hopefully will get Angel again

Rob was my bud tender today and I had a great experience. He was helpful and friendly. The environment was really chill and inviting. Everyone I spoke to super nice. I normally go in with a budget andet them guide me through the sales. Would recommend. Good job guys.

After a recent issue at their store the correct management took the time to understand the issue and resolve it. Great deals everyday. I just go in the with a budget and let them guide me. I always get a compliment or two and that's nice. But great customer service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I would recommend.

I love this place…not only because it’s clean and organized but the employees are wonderful. Specifically Rachel who is just a genuine sweetheart who loves her job and helping people. 10/10 recommend this place and I’ll be coming back for sure and asking for Rachel!

Excellent service. When I went in there I asked Cole if there was any deals/specials and I was presented many different options ,the guy knows what he’s talking about and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend you to Cole if you need any assistance.

Was completely blown away by the rude and atrocious behavior of the employee /rep staff greeting costumers at the front today. The employee Eric on loan from another rise establishment had only demands and instructions that must be followed laying down some very crazy new “rules“ demanding all customers go through online pickup only that you now must abide by his rules or no longer shop with rise ; with a no can do attitude to back up a demanding personality are a combination for disaster. The company is undergoing some changes and unfortunately this employee is going about implementing those changes in a very wrong way. for instance Eric is stating that there is a four line system to get into the final line and will no longer have line distinctions between medical, recreational or online services again and everyone no exception must use the kiosk and place their order effectively making bud tenders, obsolete and taking away the experience of looking at product, and having that experience of asking for opinions, and building up that relationship with a budtender . I’ve been coming to this company since the day they opened and have participated in every event. I enjoy spending time talking to the budtenders and finding new products to love , I’ve had a very enjoyable time shopping with the company and it’s disheartening and disappointing to have run ins with employees like Eric , I hope they fix the problem so I can return to shopping in peace with the amazing rise crew that goes above and beyond like David , Rob, Steven, and Anthony just some prime examples of an actually good employee representing the company well.
